Cowboy Themed Birthday Cake!
We’ve had the honor of creating Gabriel's 1st birthday cake. His mom asked us to do a cowboy theme. She brought in a photo from another cake designer and asked if we could use it for inspiration in designing the cowboy themed birthday cake. (We are not sure who the original designer is)
The top tier of the cake includes a 3D cowboy hat with a red number “1″ , The top tier of the cake is covered with black cow cutout in fondant and the base includes fondant roping. The bottom tier is covered in dark blue fondant like a cowboy jean with its belt. Flavors included chocolate cake with Chocolate mousse.
